Just Primes is a design studio offering custom and seasonal apparel, printed and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand partner. We are based in India.

2. Products and personalization

Some products allow personalization (names, photos, or custom text). By submitting personalization details, you confirm you have the right to use any photos or content submitted, and that the content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless a currency converter shows an estimated price in your local currency for reference. Actual checkout and payment processing is handled securely through Cashfree. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Order acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Intellectual property

All original designs, artwork, and content on this site are the property of Just Primes and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Just Primes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
