Processing time

Every item at Just Primes is made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. This is separate from shipping/transit time. During high-demand periods (like Halloween season), processing may take slightly longer, and we will note any delays on our homepage.

Shipping times and rates

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location:

• USA: 5-8 business days
• International (India, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, and other regions): 10-20 business days

Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 6 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at Justprimes07@gmail.com.

Customs and import duties (international orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not able to predict what these charges will be, as they vary by country.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [your support email] and we will do our best to update it before production begins.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, as this is often a carrier-side delay. If the issue isn't resolved within 48 hours, contact us and we'll help investigate.
