2. Products & product claims

Just Primes sells fitness accessories, including compression and sweat belts. Our products are fitness accessories only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition. Any reference to sweating or perspiration relates to temporary water loss during exercise, not fat loss. Fat loss requires a sustained calorie deficit through diet and exercise; no belt or wearable alone causes fat loss. Product images are for illustration; actual product may vary slightly in colour and texture.

3. Pricing & MRP

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes, in line with the Legal Metrology Act, 2009. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.

4. Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received (for prepaid orders) or once a Cash on Delivery order is placed and verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, error, or abuse, with a full refund issued for prepaid orders.

6. Cancellations & Exchanges

See our Shipping & Exchange Policy for our exchange window and conditions. We do not offer refunds for change of mind — only a one-time size exchange, or a full refund in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

7. Health & safety disclaimer

Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a cardiac or blood pressure condition, a skin condition, or any condition affecting body temperature regulation. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if you experience discomfort, dizziness, or irritation. Do not use for more than 60 minutes continuously. Keep out of reach of children.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Primes is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from product use, misuse, or delayed delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, and logos — is owned by Just Primes and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing law & grievance redressal

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India. For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer per the Privacy Policy; under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
