Shipping & Exchange Policy

1. Shipping
- Processing time: orders are dispatched within 1 business day of confirmation (usually within 24 hours).
- Delivery time: typically 5–7 business days depending on location, via Shiprocket.
- Shipping charges: Free on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery: Not available — prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, net banking via Cashfree).
- You will receive tracking details by SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order is dispatched.
2. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch by contacting justprimes07@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 81785 55209. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
3. No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size ordered by mistake, or general dissatisfaction. Instead, we offer a one-time size exchange — see below. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
4. Size Exchange
If the size doesn't fit, we offer a one-time exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging with tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Only size exchanges are available — we do not offer colour or design exchanges, as the belt is available in one design.
The requested size must be in stock for the exchange to be processed; if it isn't, we'll let you know and hold your item until it's available or offer a suitable alternative.
To request an exchange, write to justprimes07@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll confirm eligibility and share pickup or drop-off instructions.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
This is the one case where a refund applies. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, at no additional cost to you, within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
6. Non-exchangeable situations
- Products damaged due to misuse, or worn beyond a simple try-for-fit.
- Items sent back without original packaging/tags, or more than 7 days after delivery.
- A second exchange request on the same order (one size exchange per order).
